The most useful dork is without doubt 'intitle:"Index of" whateveryouwant'. It will turn up warez, documents, Cisco IOS images ('intitle:"Index Of" inurl:ios .bin' would be one such search), mp3s, system backups (inurl:etc intitle:"index of" turns up some relatively interesting files).
